Vinyl lettering only — you supply the board. This is the cut lettering for your table plan, ready to apply to your own acrylic, mirror, board or fabric backdrop. No board, backing or easel is included.

Which vinyl do I need?

• Permanent vinyl — peel and stick, no heat. For acrylic, mirror, glass, wood, foam board and any smooth hard surface.
• Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) — applied with heat. For fabric backdrops like linen, satin and polyester. You'll need an iron or heat press.

Sizes

• 42cm x 30cm — intimate weddings, roughly up to 6 tables
• 75cm x 50cm — roughly 8–12 tables
• 85cm x 60cm — roughly 12–16 tables
• 100cm x 75cm — roughly 16–20+ tables

Sizing is a guide — it depends on how many guests sit at each table and how long the names are. Send us your guest list and we'll tell you honestly which size you need.

How it arrives

Larger decals are supplied in sections and posted flat in a padded envelope, with alignment guides so everything lines up perfectly when you apply it. It's deliberate, not damage — sections travel far better than one long roll, and they're easier to position on your own.
