Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, email hello@thefierceedit.com with your order or commission reference. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, or bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
